I Am powerful in my now. I only speak great things to myself.

I Am a blessing to the world that represents truth, and light.

In the now is all that matters.

If one becomes educated and don't do anything with it nothing will change. The cycle will continue!

How you treat yourself is how others will treat you, so project the awesome perception of you.

When the world you created torments you, know that you have the ability to create a world of happiness.

Look within and find the truth about you and stop believing in lies that you embraced in the past.

Life is what you make it, the choice is yours it's either good or bad.

Choose good because bad will have you stressing, pressing toward depression without a question.

Laugther is medicine to the heart and soul. It's better than a man or even gold.
